A. Description
The toiler paper rewinder adopts advanced PLC, frequency converter, electric brake and touchable multi-screen human-machine interface. It is also configured with coreless rewinding system, making production more efficient.

B. Main Features
1. This automatic toilet paper machine enables automatic paper tube loading and replacement. After discharging finished products, it will immediately reset and rewind again. Paper tube size is adjustable within 1 minute.
2. Automatic edge trimming, glue spraying and sealing can be completed at one time. Finished paper roll comes with 10-18mm paper end for usage convenience. In the meantime, this rewinding machine can greatly reduce paper wastage, thus saving production cost.
3. Parameters and fault can be displayed on touchable screen.
4. Our automatic toilet paper machine makes use of 3 cutters for perforation, and adjusting range of gear box is very large.
5. Three-ply horizontal unwinding stand, pneumatic paper loading mechanism and wide pneumatic feed belt are adopted. Besides, there is independent tension adjusting device for each paper roll.
6. Due to point-to-point double-sided embossing system, finished paper roll comes with excellent embossing effect, soft texture and artistic pattern.

D. Work Flow
Work flow of this automatic toilet paper machine is as follows:
Raw paper → pressing and polishing → perforating → flattening → rewinding → gluing and sealing → discharging

1. The toilet paper slitting machine can be coupled with perforating machine and facial tissue converting machine.
2. It cuts raw paper into paper rolls with required length and width.
