Our CD-160N automatic single piece wet wipe machine is able to accomplish the entire converting of wet tissue from raw paper unrolling, longitudinal folding, moistening, cutting, horizontal folding in half, final film packing, sealing to positioning for cutting. There is no human contact in the whole automated process, ensuring the hygienic production.
1. This automatic single piece wet wipe machine utilizes automatic counting and sorting system. The number of the wipes can be modulated on the touch screen directly in a convenient way. Our wet wipe converting equipment totally changes the tradition of manual counting.
2. The empty packaging bags and the surplus material joints will be eliminated by this wipes packing machine automatically, saving the production time and labor cost.
3. The auto width guiding system is also installed in our single piece wet wipe machine to revise the deviated raw material into the right position, reducing the bad effect of raw materials.
4. If lack of raw materials, this nonwoven wipe machine will stop automatically to prolong its service life effectively.

1. Making process
Unrolling the entire coil of raw material→ Width guiding→ longitudinal folding in N shape → humidifying the wipes → adjusting the humidity of wipes→ cutting wipes → folding wipes in V shape → conveying the wet wipes to packing system.
2. Packing process
Unrolling packing film→ printing date on the film→ feeding the wet wipes into the formed bag →sealing the bag in the middle place → finishing the horizontal seals of the bag at both sides→ eliminating the empty pack and materials joints→ discharging finished products →counting pieces and sorting into piles automatically
